For Pre-Orders:
No cancellations once order is placed. As we will be paying the full amount upfront with our suppliers to ensure your item is secured, we will be unable to cancel any pre-orders once placed.
For Model Kits:
Our supplier requires recording of unboxing video required for missing components or broken component claims. We will put our best effort to request replacement parts from our supplier if there are component issues out of box but it may not be possible.
Please record the entire unboxing starting from removal of external packaging box, opening the model kit, and please record videos of each runner in it's plastic.
All TCG products are final sale.
Brand new model kits and other products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery if defective or missing components.
For pre-ordered model kits, our supplier requires recording of unboxing video required for missing components or broken component claims.
We will put our best effort to request replacement parts from our supplier if there are component issues out of box but it may not be possible for rare or exclusive kits.
